Very slow especially on the checkout process. I usually have to go back and forth with my banking app at least 4 times before the checkout works. Constantly crashes during use (13 times in my most recent use). Very poor app. Only using because my delivery pass renewed - will not renew and will be moving to Tesco if the app doesn't improve.

The update is an improvement as I can now open the app first time. However, there isn't a way to navigate back to a search list. If I click on an item and want to go back to the search, clicking on the back button on my phone closes the app. If I reopen it, it starts from the home screen, losing my search results. Also, clicking on the next page of a list/ see all items in offer takes you to the bottom of the next page instead. And really not happy with the dodgy adverts after checking out.

It's convenient, yes but the app is slow. I get errors when selecting items: "Something went wrong," then I try again, "Something went wrong," so I don't bother & move on to the next item. Then the cart shows multiple qty of the item. Substitute option is a joke & should be automatically turned off with the option to opt in. On multiple occasions I've received substitute items nothing like what I wanted, or items which weren't in stock getting refunded, so then I have to go to store anyway.
