You can set an offset if you want to change the threshold.

I’ve always love weight training. But due to injury and study I stop training 3 years ago and to focus on my studies in IT. I've been training again since March 2014, and have found going back to my paper journal and pen, then entering my weights and reps into an excel sheet whenever I want to see my progress, to be rather annoying.
So I built this app to do one thing, track the weights, reps and volume, with graphical representation of my workouts. So I could adjust my training, frequency, diet or sleep whenever my weights, reps or volume of my workout begin to drop.
