Event organizers that use the Cherry Bomb Tickets platform can quickly check-in ticket holders for an event by scanning the QR code on the ticket or manually searching for a registrant’s ticket id number, first name, last name or e-mail address. You have the ability to check-in all items on a ticket at once or check-in each item on the ticket individually like a specific add on item or just the ticket.
You can view a ticket’s details to see the status of the ticket and all items included with it along with other information about the ticket holder. All of your accounts active events will show up in the app which will include some helpful information like the number of tickets sold, number of tickets checked-in and the percentage of tickets checked-in.
With the event manager feature on CherryBombTickets.com you can create a log-in that other people can use to access the app for a specific event. This is great because now you don’t need to share your password with the people helping with the check-in process and it prevents them from viewing information about your other events.
