Ratings and reviews

Website and App not working. On the website, no matter how many times you try to log in, it won't work. Consequently, it is impossible to book a flight. I then thought its a website bug, let's try the app! Well, the app is not even starting up, forever onto the loading screen until the app crash. Is this company even legit ??

Terrible application, incredibly frustrating to do simple tasks such as checking in for a flight. Simple things such as providing a desired date format for entering birthdays are not even present. Error messages are also very nondescriptive. I only hope the level of professionalism of this app is not reciprocated in the flight/airline.

Could you make it English by default? At first I thought it wasn't even an option as it was THAT unintuitive. I used google lense and find where to change it eventually. Besides, what's the point to invest into i18n if users cannot find it?
