I was your customer since 2007. TR6092. I sent my last letter requesting Asianet to disconnect my Broadband connection on 30-06-2017. And I I used the internet for few more days as the connection was available. And so I made the payment of Rs. 700 on 11-07-2017. And when I visited your office at Thrissur they said that the process for the closure can be done only after receiving the modem set from my house. I remember that I purchased your external modem on 06-09-2007 for Rs. 1040. And why should I send my modem back to you? And they added that the usage up to 14-07-2017 would be deducted from my payments. I had known from one of your Customer Service Representative that money that I would have to pay for the dates of my usage and not on the date of closure as per your records. And how can you deduct your charges which I had not reserved or used? Now I got your response that I shall have to return the modem and you will refund Rs. 382 only. So I conclude my request you to disburse the money immediately. I want your support against the fraudulent charges impossed by Asianet.
Useless application What's the need of this application if we aren't able to submit a complaint. Showing some mysqldb connection error while submitting a complaint. Anyway utter waste application.
