Worst airline so far, Very horrible experience, Zero customer services. For over a week we have been looking for our baggage with them. They can't tell us where exactly they have sent our baggage to. How do you misplaced your passenger baggage for over a week still no positive response from you. They don't respond to emails either. We were supposed to received our baggage July 27th, today is August 3rd, yet nothing from you people. Is this how to do business?

After making payment through the App, my change of date did not complete. I went to the office in Abuja, but was told there is nothing they can do. I had to pay 2nd time to get my date change.

App doesn't list airports! So the experience of using your airline ends right there. Fix this and you'll get more business.
