The Zeta Joint Card and Joint Account are offered by either LendingClub Bank, N.A. or Piermont Bank, Members FDIC. Zeta Help Inc. is a service provider of the issuing bank. All deposit accounts of the same ownership and/or vesting held at the issuing bank are combined and insured under an FDIC Certificate, up to $500,000. The Zeta Joint Debit Cards, provided by Mastercard, may be used everywhere where Mastercard Debit Cards are accepted.

This app is perfect for couples looking to simplify how they approach finances. I previously used simple as my primary bank, but when they shut down I struggled to find an alternative. Zeta has been amazing so far, and is improving everyday.

I really like this bank so far. It was easy to get set up, I like that we can budget easily for bills, and best of all the customer service is very friendly and responsive. Definitely would recommend!

Everything takes forever to process. Payments or transfers that take a day or two at other banks can take over a week. Mobile deposits take a long time. If you can wait, this isn't a problem. Also you can't login on a computer and get a good view of all past transactions.

Hi there. We appreciate your feedback and review. Regarding mobile deposits, checks follow ACH guidelines and can take 5 business days for the funds to be fully available depending on the amount. We would be happy to talk through this if you'd like to reach out via in-app messenger. As for web access, this is something we hear and are working on!
