[Normal] 2nd stage for 1st to 5th questions, 3rd stage for 6th to 10th questions
[Difficult] 3 steps for questions 1 to 5, 4 steps for questions 6 to 10
[Special] 4 steps for questions 1 to 5, 5 steps for questions 6 to 10

The top 100 are listed in order of highest score and fastest time.
