Ratings and reviews

The ASOS app is great and very organized! It's easy to use and has some great deals. Sometimes the shipping takes a while since I currently live and teach in South Korea, but it's worth the wait. If you are in a rush for your clothes or other items, you can also pay extra for a quicker delivery.😁....and I now live in the US, and I still love ASOS! They have such cute clothing and I especially like ordering shoes from them!

Shopping experience is great. Extremely annoying that the shopping cart only stays for an hour and the saved list that last longer only holds the most recent items put in the cart. I would have spent a lot more money if I didn't have to shop for everything again, so I guess you could look at it as a good thing for me...

The app is OK.. But their customer service is lackluster. I got into a back and forth online dispute with an item that was lost in shipment. They just keep blowing me off, telling me to wait. 3 weeks after the shipping arriving date, they were telling me the same thing and would not refund me. I just contacted PayPal and got my money back within 30 mins. Not a fan of online customer service.. I prefer to call a number. Never again.

We fixed some bugs. Not that we're saying there were any bugs before. But there are definitely less bugs now.
