Ratings and reviews

I switched from Spotify to Tidal so I could experience the higher quality audio, and so far, it's been awesome. I haven't experienced any of the bugs I've seen in some of the reviews, so they must be on top of bug fixes. Tidal's UI isn't quite as responsive as Spotify's, and Tidal was missing about 1-2% of my songs (out of 9400) after using a paid service to transfer my library, but other than that, I'm quite happy.

I personally love the app, sure some music from certain artists are missing, but i can deal with that. What I cant stand is the fact the app will refuse to shut down. If I'm not listening to music, I don't need the media bar constantly showing. No matter how many times I force close the app it will always restart the moment ANY bluetooth connects to it (even a keyboard in the case of my tablet) or whenever the hell it pleases. UPDATE 3/12/23: latest update seems to have fixed the problem 100%

You GUYS, I had this trouble before and I'd hoped you'd fixed it by now. The controls on my lock screen disappear while the app is playing, as well as the pull-down controls at the top of the screen. Meaning when I'm listening while working, I can only pause the music, say if I get a work phone call, if I unlock my phone and pull up the app (while trying to get my headphones on, before it goes to voicemail, etc). I'm sorry, I wanted to subscribe again, but your app is just unusable.
