With Yale Connect you can build a secure and safe ecosystem to control who and how someone has entered your home. With Yale Connect you can configure, manage and operate ASSA ABLOY devices such as digital locks, electromechanical locks, electronic safes and more.
Door locks
Lock or unlock your door locks from your smartphone, even while you are away from your home.
Instead of sharing keys, assign PIN codes to trusted people.
Manage your guests access permissions by schedule and/or timetable
Receive messages when someone locks or unlocks your door.
Check records of use and operations of all your connected devices.

After the update I needed to delete all app data to be able to login. The hub mostly stays offline probably because of the cheap power supply design.

Have being using the locker app for two years. It never receive a significant update or new features: multi user accounts, battery level indicator, Google home integration, nothing. It's pathetic. More than that: interface is slow, notifications don't have signifitative name (you have to open one by one), the app don't use biometric to authenticate, notifications time don't respect timezone, it's a mess. I will avoid using Yale in the feature because of the app, the locker itself is awesome.

So I cannot connect the lock to it's own hub. I wanted that feature in order to notify me when my door was unlocked and by whom. I clicked on the wifi button but the wheel just keeps spinning on the app. One customer service referred me to another and so on. No resolution so far.
