I had some problems at first, but they called me and everything worked out perfectly. I'm glad I purchased this service before my trip. Thanks a lot

The chat keeps timing out and no way to go back to it. I had to retype my issue over and over. Help over WhatsApp was unreliable and inconsistent, and they said they couldn't call me over WhatsApp. I had to look for a phone for them to call me with and when I told them the number, they said they would ring but then went silent. For a company that is supposed to assist with medical emergencies, this is unacceptable.

service itself is a sort of a scam. you pay for medical insurance and then if you suddenly have questions (or an accident) there's no way to contact them or no response. their WhatsApp (communication method in bet many of us would prefer) prompts many questions and then it becomes stuck
