The chat keeps timing out and no way to go back to it. I had to retype my issue over and over. Help over WhatsApp was unreliable and inconsistent, and they said they couldn't call me over WhatsApp. I had to look for a phone for them to call me with and when I told them the number, they said they would ring but then went silent. For a company that is supposed to assist with medical emergencies, this is unacceptable.

You have to download a lot of different apps to have access to the things that they offer as the traductor or loop, so I don't know why this app offers you something that it isn't on the app itself. The attention of medical service is good but sometimes they don't give you a prescription and you need it for a refund.

I can't believe, a company this size, has an App so poor in design and functionality. I login, and I can't see my Voucher, If I login on the browser I'm able to see it. then when I try to chat with an operator online, it really sucks. Please start over the development and do the right thing
