Very bad experience. I placed an order with 30 minute delivery promise. It was not delivered that day. I called the next day and they apologized and said it would arrive, but nothing came. I waited another day and called again. Same apology and no timeline. After the call I checked the app and my order was cancelled without informing me. Three days wasted for nothing. Extremely unprofessional service

Very bad experience with this app. I received the wrong item, and instead of resolving the issue properly, customer service asked me to place another order for the replacement. This is completely unprofessional and unacceptable. On top of that, the refund process takes 8 days, and my money is stuck during this time. There is no proper coordination, no urgency, and very poor management of customer complaints. As a customer, I expect accurate delivery and a smooth refund process.

I am very disappointed with my experience using this pharmacy app. Orders appear to be intentionally delayed, and instead of resolving the issue properly, they add 7 AED to your points as compensation. This does not justify the inconvenience caused by the delay. Additionally, the app clearly shows “Delivery Today,” but when contacting customer support, they say delivery could be today or the next day. This inconsistency between the app information and customer support response is misleading and
