The app works fine, except that It is very malicious to add new users to a monthly subscription plan. If you are not keeping an eye on your email, then the next month it will automatically charge you 229 pesos. The way to get out of it is by switching to the basic service in the app. The thing with this service is that it's already quite expensive , (I did the pro trial), so with the basic service being even more expensive Idk if I'll use it ever again.

The worst app they are thieves! I never signed up for a subscription not even a free trial and they charged me 230 pesos and additional money for using the bike. There is no app option in the app for canceling subscription and they don't answer calls. I tried removing my card details but it doesn't let me do that!!! Finally I had to add another card with very low balance. Now it shows that they try to charge the other card every month!! Such people! Never using this service again

Finally gave Econduce another chance. The service has improved A LOT. They finally worked out most of the bugs, & support had no problem reactivating my account. Changing between membership tiers worked flawlessly. 1 star off b/c some mopeds are starting to show their age, but they've also figured out how to prevent thieves from stealing their helmets--huge improvement. Hope they continue to grow & update their fleet. Maybe even new cities--my main home (Portland, US) would certainly benefit.
