Layanan pelanggan sangat buruk. The customer service is terrible. The drivers don't deliver the order to you personally. The driver runs away after taking a picture, and customer service can't reach him. The focus is on getting the order delivered before the deadline, but it doesn't matter if the order is actually delivered or not. I have 107,000 and I can't get my money back. I will file a complaint with the Ministry of Commerce.

I have been using this app to shop for my daily needs for 4 years. Over the past few months, the service has been getting worse. Twice, my orders were not delivered for more than 5 hours. In one case, the order was eventually delivered but only 2 out of dozens of items arrived, and I was asked to refund the rest. The refund was issued to Astro balance instead of being returned to my bank account. Astro also offered to cancel the order after I complained about the long delivery time.

Great way to shop if you somehow can't. Fee is affordable, and time arrival is ok.
