Have enjoyed the app and it's features for quite a long time now. I had replaced my old phone with a new Pixel 8 and experienced a fair bit of lag with the Astronomical Clock, even with a newer phone. EDIT: Just as the Dev response has hoped, the performance changes made a massive difference. It's now smooth as silk, and absolutely deserving of an updated rating. Fantastic work!

FYI, the latest update has performance fixes specifically for Google's Tensor Processor. I'd love to know if they fix your issue with the clock! I've got several more performance fixes in the pipeline as well.

It's ok. My biggest complaint is it's accuracy concerning cloud cover. There have been many times that I didn't bother setting up because the app said we would have heavy cloud cover. Look outside...not a cloud in the sky. Or it will go the other way. Supposed to be clear and we have clouds. I know weather guessing is a tricky business, but better accuracy would be nice.

Astrospheric, by Daniel Fiordalis, provides accurate and all essential atmosphere data to began viewing the universe. The atmospheric conditions identified in this app are key to what stars, galaxies, planets, satellites, and other objects that can be observed. I wish that I could subscribe, but, the $29+ annual cost is too high for me. But, if I could return to using my Dobsonian telescope, I would not waste a moment to start the subscription. This app is well done!
