ASUS Support is just the worst. The app offers to let you chat with or call support, but there are no links, buttons, or dropdowns that will connect you. You're instead sent through long, dead end menus, which eventually tell you to send an email on their website. There's no way to actually contact support in the app, so there's really no point in installing and using it.

Horrible customer support accessibility. The app has a button for online chat support. I go to it and pick my product from the available options and then the app says "no information available" so I go back and skip providing my product type and it still says "no information available." The app completely blocks you from accessing support which is the entire purpose of the app.

my self Manohar, i have purchased a gaming laptop 5 years back after using fro 1.5 year it got dead ,dont know what happened ,i gave for repair they told it is waste,then again after seeing youtube content creators videos ,again i purchased another gaming laptop ,the prevoius laptop was 1,30,000 which is a huge loss for me,the second laptop i purchased for 1,35,000 now even this is suddenly dead,i barely use it just to download my mails for 5 minutes a day, refund all complete money.
