App used to work okay. Seems as if it just keeps getting worse. Trying to edit setting on my ROG buds and can't even get into them. What's the point of having all these options if I can't get in to make adjustments. If we can't have an app that works for full functionality, maybe it's time to cut the price in half since they are no different than standard buds. Come on, ASUS. You're better than this

Absolutely terrible app. You can clear the cache, uninstall and reinstall, forget the headset and repair, reset the headset and it will not matter. The app will still time out trying to load into the settings. Tried all of this on multiple phones. When I tried to send a report, it required me to export it and send it from a PC so I decided to voice this here for all to see instead.

i've never been a fan of these headphones, partly because YOU HAVE TO DOWNLOAD AN APP TO ADJUST THE VOLUME. now the app doesn't even recognize them so i can't access the equalizer. the volume is way too loud even at my phone's lowest setting. until they fix the bug these are unusable. i guess i needed an excuse to replace them anyway?
