The March 2026 update has broken the app. been using for 10 years and now it keeps losing connection with the thermostats. I have to delete app and reinstall for it to work. one of the best connected units I've used. Much simpler and accurate than the Uber expensive "smart" thermostats. The ability to set Temps and get alerts anywhere is priceless. The auto mode works excellent. The new addition in the app settings to run the fan to circulate air in the house is spectacular. Great job.

Loses connection, so it will say it's disconnected until u click to see how to fix it and then click back (without actually doing anything, so it seems to just refresh the connection) but sometimes you can do this 20 times for 10 minutes and it won't work. This had been happening for about a year and it got MUCH better this January until about a month ago and now it's bad again, so we're about to switch.

the app has lost its memory a few times but it's really the device that sucks. I have to recalibrate the thermostat every few months. all of a sudden I'll realize it's really hot or really cold. I bought separate thermostats to check these. Don't bother trying to work with them either. their thermostats are never wrong
