The March 2026 update has broken the app. been using for 10 years and now it keeps losing connection with the thermostats. I have to delete app and reinstall for it to work. one of the best connected units I've used. Much simpler and accurate than the Uber expensive "smart" thermostats. The ability to set Temps and get alerts anywhere is priceless. The auto mode works excellent. The new addition in the app settings to run the fan to circulate air in the house is spectacular. Great job.

It was working great until they forced the update on me. Now it won't connect my thermostat to the app at all, making it completely useless! I had read the reviews on the update, and everyone was complaining about it, so I didn't do the update. But yesterday I was away from home and wanted to change the temperature so it would be cool when I got home. It wouldn't do ANYTHING until I updated, and now I can't access it at all. I will report it to whoever I need to in order to force YOU to fix it!

I've had this app and thermostat for about 6 years now. It has been the absolute best and most easy to use things ever until a few months ago when it began losing connection. Now it will not connect to Wi-Fi at all. I've tried everything from restarting the router changing it's settings, uninstalling the app and reinstalling. I even set the whole thing up from scratch again today and nothing. It has been 3 days, and I have had no WiFi connection to my thermostat. About to make a reddit review.
