Assessment of Health related Quality of Life (HrQoL) is playing an increasingly important role in our days, which can only be provided by the patient, putting him or her back in the centre of action. These so called Patient related Outcomes have become incredibly important to develop and improve new treatments which really do make a difference. To assess HrQoL in a way like never before, we developed this app, in order to free everyone from office hours and appointments. Record your own results in a highly validated questionnaire and send it to your Health Care Provider anytime you want, all while also having the opportunity to learn something about the medical conditions you might deal with.
