Too painful to use Requires 2fa every time you open the app and cycling between apps is just a waste of time. They need to implement some kind of oath token or allow biometrics. I thought I set that up once but it never worked. It's amazing that it costs over $1,000 a year to use this and the Android app is horrible at best. I will get notifications or alerts about something and it takes several minutes just to sign in. This is unacceptable on a trusted device!

Very bad app scamers and freakers I installed a driver in my computer and they just they mess up with my laptop it disabled my wifi Bluetooth just because I was trying to delete their app and driver. Don't do that fetchers!! You are the worst

Unable to view conversations. You have to scroll way too much to see notes. Also unable to delete or edit notes. Atera has the potential to be good but the app is not supported well and the new web interface is extremely laggy.
