App sucks just overall. Login is difficult and doesn't support biometric login. The bottom bar disappears sometimes so you have to log out and back in. Often times the screen doesn't adjust to the keyboard so I can't see what I'm typing. Notification come thru, even when logged out, not sure how that's possible, but I can never enjoy a vacation unless I delete the app off my phone.

The app is extremely buggy. Tickets that have been closed for months will appear as open even though they aren't, search sucks and doesn't always work, can't see what you're typing when responding to tickets, and the newest update has made it impossible to use with the Samsung s23 ultra. I can't even tap on the comment section, it's fully covered by the phone's home keys.

I like the app at least it works, but there are some things I don't like, for example : you have to get logged in every other day because the thing loggs you off, I don't like that, you can just activate a pin or fingerprint or something.... Then when you are finally able to open a session it just closes after 30 seconds or so... I don't like that.... Then the search you can't search by pc name or logged user like in the web, that'd be nice, all other whistles and features work wonderfully!!!
