I have had this app on my phone for about 3 years now, and every single time, I go to sign-in 💻, it brings me to the apps browser or site and it just will not, let me sign in.☢️🚫 It takes me about 6/7 times to actually, sign-in to My Account, on this App.⚕️ I've had to uninstall it and reinstall it multiple times. Other than that, when I can actually, get on, you can receive📨 and send📤 messages to your providers, request for refills, schedule appointments, etc.🩺🥼

The app is a great connection to my provider, and the clinic in general. It makes scheduling appointments super easy and opens communication for possible quick questions outside of appointments. It also helps you keep track of any payments possibly due. It makes the whole experience of working with the clinic in many ways so convenient and simple. If you're a patient, you should download the app for sure!

For non-emergency concerns, medical questions, refills, follow up concerns, the app is great. It lets my provider and me quickly read messages and respond at our convenience. I especially like it for those times when I am not sure whether I need to come in. I can type, "Hey, doc, it hurts when I do this," and she can reply, "I think you need to be seen," or just, "Don't do that," as appropriate.
