As Zeytinburnu Municipality, the Waste Recovery Project has been added to the waste separation policy we carry out by creating Zero Waste Neighborhoods in order to reintroduce the recyclable wastes to the economy.

In project scope; Within the framework of sustainable development goals, it is aimed to control waste, to leave a clean and livable world to future generations, and to contribute to the home economy of Zeytinburnu People.

How to apply for the project?

Magnetic Z Cards are distributed to individuals who want to participate in the project. A Z card is created immediately in the Waste Gain mobile vehicle, and at fixed points, the card of the cardholder is delivered 1 day after the form is filled. Z Cards previously owned will be voided.

How to earn?

Paper, plastic, metal, glass packaging waste, vegetable waste oils, waste batteries, waste electrical and electronic equipment and waste fluorescents should be collected separately.

These wastes should be brought to the Mobile Waste Recovery vehicle or to the waste collection points located in Seyitnizam and Sümer Neighborhoods.

Wastes will be weighed by the officers and your score will be loaded on your Z card according to the type of waste. Uploaded score information will also be sent via SMS.

How are accumulated points spent?

With pend card applications, you can deliver food aid to those in need or as food support for stray animals.

We ensure that Waste Cash, in our mobile application-based SaaS software, reach places such as households, businesses, schools, etc. that produce recycling waste, and municipal vehicles that collect waste, through the mobile application, with an incentive system. Citizens can create a waste appointment through the mobile application, and the collector who comes to the appointment scans the waste and gives points in return. The accumulated points can be spent through the system.
