The app is really helpful. The only issue is that everyone can add to the fooddata. And sadly a lot of people don't know how to calculate net carbs or how to read nutrition info. So sometimes you add an egg but it doesn't add any net carb, because someone saved it only with the protein content although there are 1.3 net carbs per egg (in the yolk) so you need a general knowledge about your groceries in order to don't be tricked by the add. I just save everything with my name so if I look something up I am sure the nutrition is correct.
This app is ok at keeping track of the food I eat, but the nutritional information is way off. Sometimes You scan things and it doesn't add in the calories, or maybe it doesn't put in the right carbs. Starting to think that a piece of paper and a pen would work better if I can figure out how to use one.....
It says I can track my weight, but every time I try and enter my weight into my progress the app shuts down and closes. Everything else works great and I love being able to scan my barcodes to find my foods. Seems like there are bugs not yet worked out, but once they get that taken care of I would give it 5 stars
Good for tracking food consumption, calories, and macros. Lots of precalculated options, easy and fast to use. "Progress" section, which I'm assuming is a weight tracker, doesn't work. Really wish it would load. Also, you can exclude meat or other dietary options when searching, but it doesn't actually exclude those recipes.
This app is great so far. Haven't had any issues, except for it quitting on me once. The tracking options are great. Some things you have to enter on the website to get going, like initial weight. The carb counter and nutrition counters are fantastic and easy to use. Atkins works!
The app has taken a dive since the update. The "My Progress" section is blank on my Samsung Galaxy Note 5 and on my iPad I'm not able to change the Atkins Phase I'm in, but the progress section is populated. This used to be a much better app with a lot more helpful information. I'll have to find something better.
