Thought I'd give a little update on this, as I swear the app is getting worse. I very much suspect that you're much less likely to win with online tickets then if you get them in person. Not to mention one of their games, Cashword Bonus, played multiple games where the whole board except 3 letters were "not in the puzzle". How scammy is that??? I put $150 onto my account, played the game mentioned, and won a grand total of $15! Such a scam!

not a super bad app, I love being able to buy my lotto ticket online but if you win a free ticket, there should be the option to add tag and twist to the winning ticket. I also find it weird that when you open the app, you have to wait for it to load and then click on the sign in icon to sign in, if you are opening the app, then you obviously want to sign in so just have the sign in/biometric screen come up automatically.

Games will kick you out while betting real money in the middle of a spin, sometimes during bonus rounds, which negates the win. They tell you to update the browser, clear cache, etc. Doesn't work it's happening no matter what game you play. But low and behold if you play the demo for any game works perfectly for all of them , lol. No being booted or errors at all.
