The app used to work great but about 3 weeks ago, I don't know what they did to it now I can't get past the loading screen. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app several times, clear cache on my phone, reset my phone, Even called Verizon to see if there was a problem and there isn't any problems on there and or mine just the app. Hopefully they fix this issue

Update so long as you click pay bill on the lower tab vs the big pay bill in the middle of the screen, the app will let you scroll &allow payments. There is no way to log out/sign out of the app. As of the last update I am unable to make a payments through the app, when trying to do so the app just locks up and wont let me scroll down. When I contacted them through the chat services about these issues they said "let me look up your account" when this clearly has nothing to do with my account.

Worst credit card ever, it doesn't work with Cash app or PayPal or venmo and many more making it useless to have because it doesn't work with most of online purchases. I called and what was said to me that there's nothing wrong with the card and that I needed to talk to the seller about it, bs cause my other credit cards work just fine
