I've had this app for only one week and I can already understand the simplicity of using the app. Much better than some of the other credit companies I've dealt with.. So far they're great with customer service and the app is easy to use. Thank you Aspire! For helping us build credit and giving us an opportunity to do so and like I said it's easy and simple with the app. Great job! CUSTOMER SERVICE IS AMAZING!!

They are not a true credit builder and repair credit company. they overcharge and will close your account without any reason why. They are doing more damage to my credit score than anything. if you want a true credit card that actually helps and doesn't close your account over being a day late, go with Credit One or Imagine. I have had a great experience with both.

The app is horrible and has been since I left my first review 2 years ago. I'm paying this card off and I will be getting rid of it, and the horrible app. It will take DAYS to even open so I can pay, if it opens at all. For the amount customers spend, you could at least provide a functional app. You will be losing this customer. Plenty of other cards want their customers to pay their bill, so they actually provide apps that... ya know, open (and actually work). And yes, it is up to date.
