One of the easiest apps to use! I am building credit and realize fees are part of it. It states it on the application. So far no issues. I was hoping they would wave or reduce my fee after a few on-time over minimum payment like some cards- I'll cross fingers! 🤞

While I was pleased to get credit I needed to dispute a transaction. There is no way to do it through the app and customer service told me it would take 60-90 days to process. Unlike other credit providers who complete the process in ten days. Customer service was abrupt and short with me.

I can't open the app to pay my bill.. this needs to be fixed immediately.. it shouldn't be this difficult.. I will be paying it off and never doing business with this company again 😒
