Got a call to delete my review given earlier (2 stars), hence updating with this one. I had given 2 stars because the visa was indeed delivered on time but that star is also lost due to the call. The document collection process and customer service is really bad. They don't shy away from going against the commitments (received on email) and also have no coordination between the teams. Very difficult to reach out to the customer care, even after applying and paying for the visa.

1. Very poor customer service. 2. App has so many glitches, it will automatically plan wrong itinerary, generate bookings as per that, with no option to edit, and customer service completely unresponsive. 3. Says that they guarantee visa by a certain date, but they don't. They don't refund either in that case. 4. Even if they are providing service for free, still not worth it. Delay at every step.

Please do not be misled by their promise of quick visa processing. Payment is taken upfront, but there is absolutely no interaction with their staff thereafter. Out of curiosity, I even paid extra to download the visa, only to find that the wrong visa category had been issued and our accommodation details did not match the booking we had made. We ended up getting an evisa on our own and losing money paid to Atlys in the process. Please be cautious — we would never use their services again.
