I received my eVOA through atlys in 3 days. The app is easy to use but not very accurate when showing the status. The ETA keeps changing to next day although I submitted all the documents. The customer service is next to existent. They respond to any query through email only and might not work for anyone looking for urgent. So so kind of app I feel. Needs a lot of improvement.

Paid for a visa (just the start ) over 7 months ago then realised that I could get it much cheaper so decided not to get it. 7 months later I get over $90 charged out of my account for the Visa. so got a refund ( just for the money that was taken out without my approval) and I didn't receive the whole refund amount. now I have to ring my bank to see why I didn't get the whole refund. Not impressed

Waste of money and waste of time. unprofessional agents or consultants. i applied for my Ireland visa, the consultant was not aware of my short visa from the UK, i was left with 5 months validity and Ireland requires 6 months so you can return back easily. But because of consultant they didn't took my biometrics and later on when i contacted support they said we can't refund you. Totally scam. Never recommended.
