Booked a flight and made a mistake. 5 minutes after booking I am told I cannot change the flight or get a refund. They refused to help and basically told me "too bad, not our problem". I travel full-time, the first time I've had this kind of service and will never use them again. Edit after response..... yes I received your email, it said the same thing. Told me too bad you can't rebook or cancel 5 minutes after I booked and realized it was a mistake. Now I have double tickets for this trip.

I tried to change my flight through this apps & website, but there was no submission button. Next, I called the service centre but couldn’t get through. After that, I sent an email, yet the replies were painfully slow. It’s already the third day since my first email, and my case is still unresolved. Honestly, if you want to change your flight date, it’s easier to just buy a new ticket. This app/travel agent is no help at all.

My husband bought a flight ticket through ShopeePayLater one day before departure. However, we only received the ticket confirmation three days later, after the flight had already departed. Despite this, we were still charged for the ticket. Shopee claimed the confirmation email was sent on the purchase date, but we never received it. I chose Shopee because of the instalment option, but after this experience, I will never use Airpaz again. Their customer service was extremely disappointing.
