Nice This app works well. They have responded to my dropped call reports in several areas. One in which the signal in that area improved a few months later. Now I have another area with no coverage and the just sent me a message saying there are plans of a new tower being installed within the next 90 days! AT&T has been a great service provider to me and my family. I drive a 18 wheeler for a living and depend on my phone service a lot. Thanks AT&T!
Great app/ works on cricket too! Made serval reports over the past two years and have had a few come back with notifications of tower improvements and new towers. This does help but for those of you in rural areas tell all your friends to download this and report. Att may not look at one report with too much urgency but if you can get 25 to 50 of your friends to report it you will at least be on the radar.
Needs much Better Attention & Support. AT&T needs to be proactivitly responding to clients that are reporting issue and respond to a solution for us the clients instead of leaving us hanging. It should be a multi Language support, come in guys, your AT&T an established international recognized company. Also should explain the your clients of the complication of getting a new tower up in an area where there needs improvements.
Very annoyed with AT&T This app obviously does NOTHING. I have reported poor service at my house since finding this app. I get 1 bar maybe 2 if I am very lucky. My parents live 2 miles away and I get 4 bars at their home. After reporting it multiple times on here I called customer service to be told I can purchase a cell tower for $149.99......ummmm I think I would rather swith back to Verizon or go to Sprint
LTE coverage here near the intersection of Woodruff (8200 block) and Eight Mile Roads in Cincinnati, Ohio 45255 is still poor. Call quality is also bad and sounds garbled. I've submitted many entries on this app and nothing ever improves. Sprint and Verizon both have much better reception here. Low reception and network congestion are causing these issues. This has been going on for quite a while. Please AT&T fix the low reception in this area.
Poor design The requirement of data to file a complaint about data being down is ridiculous. Info should be sent via text. Obviously if data is down then AT&T does not get the report until data is up or you go somewhere with data. Maybe in areas with multiple towers this works but in rural areas it does not work. I've reported the same problem over and over and it does not seem to do any good. I don't think AT&T really cares they just have this too try and make us feel better. Update...now this stupid app won't
