Wow! A continued fail after two months. Great concept, but very lousy implementation. Simply put, it no longer works. ATT technical support pretty useless - their 'guaranteed' fix of a full factory reset is bust. Why in not just remove this piece of junk from Play and save yourself the embarrassment?
Slow and unreliable. I a nurse that requires text communication to function in my job. This app is the most problematic one of all. It inhibits my efforts to communicate with staff in orher hospitals, which is required. I am frustrated and angry that the functionality of this app is so poor for such a well know company. This is not how you redeem youselves.
Why bother updating when it constantly disappoints Sluggish, riddled with time out errors, constant need to change password to access, then updated password doesn't work. Disappointing, just like the overall mobile service, it's just not worth the frustration. I will look into improving my experience with new overall mobile provider sooner than later. Unfortunate but necessary.
Terrible The idea of tying your text messages to your tablet is amazing, but the implementation in this app is horrible. On the iPad text messages come in flawlessly without even needing this app from AT&T. It constantly tries to sync messages from months ago and almost never receives current messages because it's too busy syncing old ones. FIX THIS PLEASE, ITS BEEN MONTHS WITH THE SAME PROBLEMS
AT&T Messages On July 3, 2015 this app was not working on my Samsung Tablet. After several long and frustrating calls to AT&T, I finally spoke with someone who was able to forward the problem to the App Developer. I received a return call on Wednesday 7/8 stating the App was fixed as promised that day. I tried it when I returned home that afternoon and it worked perfectly. I want to thank the 2 or 3 Users that described detailed descriptions and steps taken.
Used to work But after a "major" update it can not even find it through the app. And I hate the changes to it on my samsung phone.
