App worked for 2 years then no longer connects to server via my tablet. It also would crash a lot or play video and live tv with constant buffering. When it works, it's great. I do wish that locked movies on demand were clearly marked. And I wish that I could watch recorded shows. It would be great too if I could adjust the volume of shows/movies. Doesn't work at all when casting via One Plus 6; can only view what is available but I can't watch anything.

I love the fact that when my DVR went out, and had to be replaced, all of the shows I set up to record were saved on the app. All of them transferred over to the new unit. I didn't have to set them up all over again. BUT, I just wish it had all the programs I had already recorded. There were quite a few I hadn't watched yet. And some I doubt will be repeated. ALSO, the "remote control" option of the app does not connect to my receivers. Very aggravated and disappointed 😞

I dread having to go into this app to record. Half the time it doesn't work at all and when it does, it won't allow you to update recordings that you have scheduled. Also the search feature is terrible. When searching the Astros, when I find the game that displays and click on it it brings up a totally different game with a list of about 20 that are unrelated. Update: if I turn on hide SD channels, I don't get any search results when I search. Update: change from a 1 star to a 3. The favorite team function is now working once I got Twitter support involved and the did something on my uverse account.
