This app provides AT&T Prepaid customers using devices preloaded with the AT&T Unlock app the ability to unlock their device in accordance with the terms of service. The app will only work with the following AT&T Prepaid devices:

If you have AT&T, this is amazing, it's worth using, I am not a technician but what ever a person decides, give this a try. lock it down 🔐 I think it's a great app. You can keep it locked, you have the ability to unlock. but God bless this additional protection. I recommend everyone try. knowing I was helping be proactive, the App teammates. thank you.

Never been as frustrated with any company like this.. I can only imagine how little you must care about the customers. Asking for me to sign in, but the device has no number so I can't create an account without a number, ask to speak to a human, I have to be signed in for that is what the "service bot" told me. bought the phone, $40 prepaid card, and 2 sim cards. I assumed I was going to be using the phone the next day, months later, no at&t help at all, using TEXT NOW,

Requested online for phone to be unlocked. Told to use the app. App DOES NOT WORK, therefore can't make the request. Request now denied because I didn't confirm it in the app THAT DOES NOT WORK. This is ridiculous! Using the chat now doesn't work, conveniently doesn't load. Calling is pointless. I would rate this app and ATT zero stars if that were an option. Thanks for nothing and the headache of my wasted time ATT. :/
