quality app at finding issues... no matter how big, small, crucial or insignificant they may be. I would recommend this app to anyone with a smart phone regardless of how new/old it may be. I have a brand new phone and I was surprised at how many settings weren't automatically set to what's recommended or best for your phone.

I've had this phone for almost 4 years and am just now discovering how to "clean" it using Device Help?!? Device Help, by far, seems to be the easiest and safest way to run tests, correct issues and overall just clean it. So, THANK YOU! Y'all should definitely advertise more aggressively!

Only works when you have internet service. Had to call to find out why I wasn't getting mobile data on my phone, and the tech hung up on me. Never called back. Calling customer service is terrible, tried to tell the automated system I need help with phone internet and it kept restarting my house internet (gateway). If AT&T wasn't the only provider that works sometimes where I live, I would have changed my provider. Everyday mobile data is out.
