Of all the Apps I've ever used, this is by far... the very worst!!!! It feels a decade behind current technology. It's slow and and barely gives the information I need. I'm confounded that such a lucrative and competitive company could produce such crap. It's useless and I hate it 😠
Epic fail. This app is absolutely worthless. Before I switched my account to business, the My AT&T app was perfect. This business app is as if it's 10 years old. Worthless and I mean worthless.
It takes forever to load. Then the input for the phone number is not a Key pad as it is for other code number? It takes a myriad of steps to get what you want. For me, I want data usage for all devices quickly accessed. Nope. TERRIBLE APP DESIGN!
