The only problem I'm having with this app is it's not very back button friendly. Once I've done what I've done in the app I have a habit of pressing back to back out of the App instead of pressing the home button. When I press back it's like I'm using a web page. This app needs to be more like an App instead of like a web page. I'm not sure if what I just type is going to make that much sense to you, but I hope that you make this app more fluid and smoother to use versus going to the webpage on a mobile browser. This app is still very handy for making my monthly payments. I kind of wish I could change my AT&T text message settings within the app. Fingerprint scanner works very well, nice implementation.
I will continue to use this app to view my bill periodically, however this app needs a lot of work. It is not good. None of the general menu buttons really ever work; they are just non-responsive. It's been this way for months (at least). This is on high speed AT&T wifi, so it's not bad service/signal. AT&T's normal website is extremely buggy as well, so I guesss I should expect the same from the app.
I have AT&T for internet and probably not much longer. Your app keeps making me set up linking accounts. It wants my account number, which since you switched me to paperless means it's only availble on the app. In short your update is frustrating and makes me want to switch.
I have been using this app for years to manage and pay for my services and it has been awesome! Then they "update" it and now my account needs to be linked, although it's already linked and when i try to link it again i keep getting an error mesage... so now I have to go online to pay my bill.
Rough experience, especially coming from a mobile tech company. Slow and clunky. Feels like a web site that was ported to the phone instead of a native mobile app. For heaven's sake put some type of caching on the server side or upgrade the infrastructure, or both. I went through 3 different spinner animations on 3 screens just trying to load something simple. Features are ok, just poorly executed.
