It will not remember your password. Usually freezes up when going thru things. Can never clear out notices or offers. But you can bet on every ad popping up and working but not the app itself. If at&t could focus on its customers instead of always trying to upsell something they would be better off
This app no longer works. Whenever I login, it says technical difficulties and won't let me in. This has been going on for weeks. When you go to website or call, it directs you to the app. At&t please fix this so I can log in. Hard to pay a bill when I cant access my account except through your non working app.
The app itself hangs up, takes forever to load a page, and is not user friendly. The service is terrible, although that has nothing to do with the app itself, but with the 2 combined, I suggest staying away from ATT. Customer for over 10 years, and they wont match a deal that T mobile has to retain me. No problem, they'll allow me to keep phones, numbers, and have no hidden fees, 2 lines unlimited data for 120 a month, while ATT is charging me that for 1GB with 2 lines. Makes zero sense. Happy to drop this company.
Worst app have ever seen for such a large corporation. It is laughable. One of the many other reasons why next month, after over 15 years of being a loyal customer, will no longer be under contract and be switching providers. One of the largest phone companies in the world cannot seem to get a simple app to work correctly is about all you need to know. This is by far the worst have ever seen.
What a joke.. I log in.. See something called blue rewards or whatever.. Click to see what it is.. It says log in to view benifits.. But I'm already logged in.. It takes me to the main page.. Said welcome Tommy.. Click again.. Dana thing just keeps me waiting.. Kind of like y'all did the past 2 times I called for a tech to come out.. They never showed and this app doesn't work.. Seems like a pattern here.
Horrible app. If I try to link an account, it just keeps looping back to the same home page. It seems like half of the things I try to do just send me back to the home page. Between this and the rest of the at&t account setup headaches that are still going on I really wish Google fiber was in our area, so I wouldn't have to mess with at&t
