Good, but, could be great... on the shop portion, it tends to not notate how much memory some of the iPad Pro's have... just the screen size (especially on refurbished/certified ones). Also, doesn't like to connect my UVerse home and wireless... picks up my mom's account instead of mine to link... (shrug)
The app doesn't seem to be stable when updating the current amount owed. I can open it and it will tell me zero is owed at the present time. When in reality an entire billing cycle has come due. If you want to use it to quickly check if you owe anything you have to open the app and then perform actions that force it to touch the backend database to get an accurate update... which actions? I don't know. So far it seems somewhat random.
This app is a waste of time! I am encouraged by AT&T to utilize it, however whenever I try to, I'm informed that my account cannot be accessed online. (?) lol. How stupid. Then it continually ask that I "link" my accounts...I only have one. What a joke. Stupid app. As annoying as the company it represents. HATE IT!
Service is pitiful, customer service a disgrace. U verse service is quite slow, drops out on a regular basis and takes your phone service with it. Directv now is buggy, slow, and largely unusable over the past 13 months. Have cancelled, Directv Now, cell service for all business lines, and am now switching internet and business phone service. Have been a client since August of 1992. There was a day when service with AT & T meant world class service. Now it is an embarrassment with all of the service lapses, and especially those 14 day service appts for a business! Believe it or not they use to guarantee that your service would be up in 3 hours or less.
Time and time again I have to keep updating or changing my password. It keeps forgetting or just simply not saving the information. I will store the information, using the same device(s), enter the information and it doesn't recognize it later, then locks up.
I was sceptical about downloading becuz of the low ratings. I'm glad I listened to one positive review. This app worked great. I was able to change my Wi-Fi name and Wi-Fi password right in this app. Anyone trying to use my Wi-Fi with old PW can't login. After completion my router rebooted by itself. Thanks for making this so easy and simple to do. I didn't have to contact customer support. Don't believe all the negative reviews. U can get anything done with this app.
