This sucks! I have spent the last 30 minutes just trying to pay my bill and still not able to even after resetting my password and my user ID! They charge extra to call and make a payment and also charge you extra if not paid by date due. Why does this have to be so complicated. Even my car payment has a grace period for payments. I really miss my landlines! It was cheaper too. Now they get a payment from EVERY family member and the phone doesn't even work half the time!
