Doesn't work!! I've used this app for over a year but the last 2 months it's just been apologizing for the inconvenience! This is how I paid my phone bill. After the new update, it still does not work!!
Update & still useless. My older comments stand. Sloooow & useless! Should AT&T not have the very best apps? Locker is broken still... New update no changes. Would you expect AT&T to have the best app around. The primary interface with the customer tells a lot about the way they see their customers. If I had any alternative, I would be long gone. Sold my stock a year ago.
I think I have been able to sign into this app once in the many times I have tried. I couldn't even rate that experience because it was so long ago. It doesn't recognize my phone number or account number for my user ID. Even when I have them email me a new ID through ID recovery it fails to recognize that. This is very frustrating when I need to pay bills, I work late hours so I am rarely free in their business to call. I really wish this app would work.
Hey, TECH SUPPORT or whoever works on this app., how about you FIX this USELESS APP. I have yet to get this app to work. EVERY time I try to go to somewhere other then the home screen, all I get is the spinny thing and "we are almost there". Totally USELESS!!! Have you read the reviews? FIX IT OR FIND SOMEONE WHO KNOW HOW!!!
Let's be honest, this app is pretty awful. It performes like the site, slow, bulky, and unintuitive. That's because this app just takes you to the site in mobile format. I should be surprised such a huge company has such poor web and app development, but I've come to expect it from AT&T. I always have great service, but they've never gotten their app right.
Used to like a lot. App has become too sluggish and unreliable. Takes too long to toggle between pages and craps out a lot. Also, used to be able to set it so that mobile data would automatically turn off once you reached a specific amount used but that feature is gone now.
Nice app. Plenty of ways to get information on your account. On my wireless account, I was able to turn on or off another user's wireless data right from the app. This feature makes the app crashes every time I've used it in the last couple of months. I have to find a regular PC to do this on a monthly basis.
