Ratings and reviews

The app is great but not when you're moving to a new device. It'll require you to visit their branch to successfully access your account which is very inconvenient. We already have several ways to verify the identity of the user online and yet they are sticking to the old ways. Please, innovate and give your customer seamless experience in using your application.

I transferred to AUB seeing high Google Play Store ratings and good referrals, but the app is behind Unionbank when it comes to features. Logging in and sending money requires verification on a poorly rated security app (Entrust), and AUB DOES NOT HAVE check deposits via mobile app. Lousy!

I dont why but even if my internet is so strong my speedtest indicates 211.11 mbps and download of 301. This app keeps saying it was interrupted. Why do you need 500 plus mbps?
