Bought an item that was tagged as "Open Item". Even though the item was clearly damaged, they did not list it as "Damaged". The pictures they posted were not of the particular item I purchased so as to hide the damage to make sure this item sold. Once you buy it, even though they knew it was damaged and hid the damage, you're stuck with it. They got a little bit of a scam going on here.

The app is hard for me to navigate through, sometimes. I've been getting oop ups saying "oops, something went wrong" and that it will reset in 3 seconds. I sometimes get the pop-ups back to back. Other times, it just opens the app at the shopping section!!?! Also, when I press the transfer request button on my email that I got after winning a bid, it'll send me to the app with no information about a transfer request. It took me several aggravating mins, but I found a way to get it transferred

Buyer BEWARE! Their servers are constantly glitching and bugged out. After filtering to show only items at my local location, I won an item only to find out that the actual location is over 1,000 miles away and they will not issue a refund. I even sent screenshots showing that the error was from their software and they won't even address that.
