Ratings and reviews

Many android users desperately want audible to let us customize the notification bar buttons. Right now, you only have the option to skip to the beginning or end of the chapter, which is never used by most. When I need to rewind or skip forward 30 seconds, I don't want to have to unlock my whole phone or go through a three step process to make it happen for a button that I use all the time. The free library apps have this feature figured out. It seems like an easy fix.

Helpful & Amazing!!! Not only do I listen to books for the joy of books, but as an English major, I've also listened to books I've needed to read for class during my commute or while I garden. It makes double use of my time. The only down side is credits expire,.. If I'm getting them because I paid a fee, they should never expire. I didn't get my fee back when I didn't use the credit. Turn about should be fair play audible!

Audible was fine until an update hit, then the series button disappeared from the audiobooks tab in the app. Not sure why they decided to remove the button, but it's made the app more cumbersome to navigate. There is still a way to sort audiobooks by series, but you have to navigate to it in a roundabout way. Anyone else hate when developers remove useful functionality for absolutely no reason? Side note, I personally have no need for an AI "assistant" in an app designed to play audiobooks.
