Ratings and reviews

I've had an Audible account since 2005. I started on an MP3 player then a smartphone. The last few years, it's gone downhill. The app constantly freezes and randomly stops. I have to go to settings -> apps -> Audible -> force stop - to get it to work again. When I search for books I've had for over a decade, I am prompted to buy them again. I have to sort my library by author to find the title again. It's about making money - not improving a product.

I'm going to edit my review. I normally just but a book or two at a time or if I can get a special on credits. But I'm seeing a lot of the same issues that everyone else is reporting. Another major issue I have is random skips and chunks of obviously corrupted upload data that wasn't corrected. For what we're paying, what they have, and as important to the actual QoL for users you'd think they'd actually try and fix it.

I've loved Audible for 8 years & I'd recommend it to anyone, any time! The app has been malfunctioning since i loaded it onto my new phone. Called, uninstalled & installed but it continues to just cut itself off for no reason, even after updates. I thought it was just one title but completed that one & its still happening. Customer service has no explanation.
