Love the Content, Incl. Audible Produced But I can't ORGANISE the blasted content. Support your best customers. Also, you should allow a one-time splitting of an account. Between my wife and I, we've got a silly number of books to keep in one spot. Get your corporate act together! We can't be the only long-time customers getting into this spot. Plus, I'd hate to think of the lousy situation someone would be in with a divorce. Trusting a DRM system means you've got to look out for your customers. Please?
Awful. Doesn't always work Just went from mid chapter 2 to the beginning for no reason. I didn't restart the phone or reinstall the app. Very frustrating. Could be great but not yet. Tends to stop for no particular reason. Too difficult to rewind or ff acuartely. What a shame. I'm sure I'd buy more audio. The latest version just starts playing while my phone is in my pocket. The first time I figured it was just a mistake on my part. But it happens a few times a week. I love Audible but the app needs some work.
Great service and pretty good app. I now do most of my reading through Audible, and the ease of use of this app is a significant factor. Just one annoying thing; it should sync the "mark as finished" tags across devices. It's a pain having to go through my whole library remembering which books in a series I've read so far.
Great app, but update is a step down I use Audible at bedtime and love it. The recent update has, however, been for the worse. Moving the sleep timer into the menu rather than as a button on the top bar means that, when dropping off to sleep using the function, I have to wake up properly, fumble around and put my glasses on to select the menu>Sleep timer>duration settings, wheras before it was simple to blearily hit the clock button and quickly select a duration. Will often not bother to extend timer, and so shall listen less as a result.
Issue with missing inventory solved!! I apologize for the tone 1st rating but after navigating the program and app for hours, trying to find my books, I was VERY upset. Thank you for the immediate response. I followed the instructions but when logging onto the app in my Audible account, I got an error 004003: your Audible account is merged with an Amazon account, use Amazon to sign in. It still didn't work. I went online and repeated the process. It worked! GREAT customer service! Fix the app and it will get the 5 stars it deserves. Net works!
Love this app. Haven't had any of the problem others described. (I have a galaxy s5.) I find I it easy to organize my books. It syncs across devices. Easy to use. Has never quit or skipped. I do agree with the comment wishing the sleep button was still on the main screen.
