Love the Ordway, Hate this App. Every time I need to log in to the app to get my show tickets, the app crashes / will not open. My work around is uninstalling and reinstalling the app entirely. That seems to work until the next time I need the app. I shouldn't need to reinstall an app every time. Something is wrong with it.

horrible to require everyone to have an app to attend. and it doesn't provide to save in the wallet. we don't all have tech. horrible customer service. all centered around you.

I have to download the app each show because it keeps doom circling - very annoying. But it's nice to get the digital tickets.
