Ratings and reviews

The only reason to install this app is because they force you to use it for tickets. You have to completely log out of the app, and then log back in, for the tickets to display. Would be good to have option to just have tickets sent to your email. Beyond tickets, the app doesn't do anything else.

We shouldn't need an app to use our tickets and if you're going to require an app there should be a better way to send tickets to someone through the app rather than sending them a code where you can't even copy just the code to paste into the app so you have to type in each code individually

I won't be buying tickets for Ravinia anymore. I purchased tickets on line from my computer. I used to be able to print tickets from my computer but now have to download the tickets on my phone and can't print them. Very disappionted with this change.
